Both facilities are within walking distance of all the Campus facilities including a health clinic, food outlets, uni bar, YMCA gym and bank - and the local shopping centre is a short distance away. Situated in an attractive landscape close to picturesque Gardiners Creek, the Residences are close to barbecues, walking paths, a running track and parklands.

The Student Village provides single room accommodation for 200 students in a mixed gender and multi-cultural environment. All units have communal lounge, kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. As students are responsible for preparing their own meals, each unit contains a fully equipped kitchen.

In the new residences building, students can choose from a fully appointed studio room including en-suite and fully equipped kitchenette, or shared accommodation featuring five or six bedrooms leading onto a large shared lounge, kitchen and dining area.
