Should you wish to terminate your residency at any time during the academic year please read your Licence Agreement and the Residence Handbook carefully, then contact your Residential Supervisor or Manager who will explain the financial penalties which will be applied.
It is important to note that early departure requires four weeks notice and
will result in the forfeiture of your discount for yearlong occupancy.
If you do decide to leave residence, the Intention to Vacate Form (ITVF) must be completed and returned to your Residential
Manager.
