Program outline

The Switzerland GEP is arranged through partnerships with Zug, Schwyz and Lucerne universities and is offered to primary pre-service teachers. These universities are located in central Switzerland (not far from Zurich) and are within about 30 minutes of each other. The 4 week practicum is organised by a coordinator at the host university and you will be located in a school in the university region.

The university coordinator also organises host-family accommodation and weekly involvement in the university teacher education program including connecting you with 'study buddies'.
