Studying with friends and classmates is a great way to maintain your motivation and work together to understand new information. You can build your academic community easily by taking the steps below.

Need to do

Come to Orientation and meet students and staff from your course and Faculty.

Join a mentoring program in your Faculty and learn some tips and tricks from senior students.

Attend all your classes and afterwards, book a room in the Library to discuss your unit material.

Check if any of your units have Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) and get together with classmates and a senior student to work through unit material.

Connect with the Students Helping Students program in person (Burwood only) or via Facebook, phone or email.

Study abroad for a few weeks, a trimester or a year as part of your degree.
