Itinerary

Your itinerary is a very important document. It gives you details of times and locations of orientation activities as well as enrolment times and Faculty briefing sessions.

Note: Itineraries for Trimester 2 2014 will be released in June. You will be notified in writing once they have been released.

You should download your itinerary and bring it with you each day during orientation and enrolment to make sure you know where to go.

If your itinerary is not yet available at the above link, you should check back regularly and download it when it is available.

How to download your itinerary:

Note: Students studying at the Melbourne Burwood campus will be divided into "New to Australia" and "Transfer" students. Please read the information below carefully and download the correct itinerary.

Students studying at the Geelong Waurn Ponds campus, the Geelong Waterfront campus or the Warrnambool campus should follow the instructions for "Regional Students" below.

New to Australia students (Burwood only). (You are a new to Australia student if you have never studied anywhere in Australia before and this is your first time studying here.)

  1. Click on the "download your itinerary link" above.
  2. In the "campus" field, choose your campus.
  3. In the "Faculty" field, choose your Faculty (e.g. Business courses will be with the Faculty of Business and Law, Nursing courses will be with the Faculty of Health, Arts courses will be with the Faculty of Arts and Education and I.T, Engineering and Architecture courses will be with the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment, etc)
  4. In the "Student Type" field, choose "international - new to Australia".
  5. In the "Course" field, scroll down until you find your course and click on the link to that course.
  6. Click on the "Find" button at the bottom of the page and your itinerary will open in a new page. You can choose to print your itinerary or email it to yourself by clicking on the print or email icons at the top of the page.
  7. If you have any technical problems opening your itinerary, please email transition@deakin.edu.au and tell them about your problem.

Transfer students (Burwood only). (You are a transfer student if you have previously studied anywhere in Australia, including DUELI and MIBT.)

  1. Click on the "download your itinerary link" above.
  2. In the "campus" field, choose your campus.
  3. In the "Faculty" field, choose your Faculty (e.g. Business courses will be with the Faculty of Business and Law, Nursing courses will be with the Faculty of Health, Arts courses will be with the Faculty of Arts and Education and I.T, Engineering and Architecture courses will be with the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment, etc)
  4. In the "Student Type" field, choose "international transfer".
  5. In the "Course" field, scroll down until you find your course and click on the link to that course.
  6. Click on the "Find" button at the bottom of the page and your itinerary will open in a new page. You can choose to print your itinerary or email it to yourself by clicking on the print or email icons at the top of the page.
  7. If you have any technical problems opening your itinerary, please email transition@deakin.edu.au and tell them about your problem.

Regional students (Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus, Geelong Waterfront campus and Warrnambool campus)

  1. Click on the "download your itinerary link" above.
