Res Boot Camp
If you want to take your fitness to new heights, or you are just wanting to get active, the Boot Camp is just the challenge you need!
Boot Camp is a 4-week program designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle strength and endurance, and burn fat. Your instructor will individualise your workload and targets based on your current level of fitness. Through a challenging yet achievable program, your fitness
and confidence will progress to a new level.
Consisting of two 45 minute sessions per week, Res Boot Camp will be running on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:45pm to 5:30pm. The program commences on Tuesday 12th May 2015 and residents enjoy a special introductory rate of $40 to participate.
