International Baccalaureate Scholarship
If you are a high-achieving IB graduate in 2014, consider applying for the Deakin University International Baccalaureate Excellence Scholarship. This scholarship aims to demonstrate Deakin's commitment to continuing education and the awarding of scholarships for academic excellence. For more information visit the International Baccalaureate scholarship web page.
At Deakin, the study score for students who complete VCE English as an Additional Language (EAL) as part of their VCE will be higher than for other VCE English students. As IB students who undertake English B, are deemed equivalent to VCE EAL, they are required to achieve the equivalent of a study score higher than IB students who undertake English A1/A2.
You can view a list of the VTAC Equivalent Pre-requisite Studies for interstate and International Baccalaureate studies via the VTAC website.

The VTAC website hosts a table that enables applicants to convert IB scores into the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) ENTER/ATAR.
