In today's highly regulated business climate, there is high demand for graduates with commercial law expertise. Deakin's commercial law courses are designed for those who have an interest in business law and those who wish to learn more about specific areas of law, particularly within Australia.

If you have good written and oral communication skills, can analyse and solve problems logically and have an understanding of sound business principles, studying commercial law could be the springboard to a fruitful and rewarding career.

Commercial Law is studied as a major in a number of undergraduate courses including Deakin's Bachelor of Commerce - an internationally recognised and EPAS acccredited business degree.  Deakin is the only Australian university with an EPAS accredited Bachelor of Commerce.
