Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship you must be:
- an Australian citizen or holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa
- enrolled full time in an honours degree with the Faculty of Arts and Education at Deakin University in a Commonwealth Supported Place undertaking a project in regional journalism.

Academic achievement and submission of a proposal for an honours project in regional journalism.
