Deakin Green Commute

Please read the full terms and conditions below:

1. All Deakin University students enrolled at, and all staff working at Deakin University who walk, cycle, carpool or use public transport to commute to and from either the Melbourne Burwood Campus, Geelong Waterfront or Waurn Ponds Campuses or Warrnambool Campus at least once a week are eligible to enter. 2. Deakin University Travel and Transport staff and Deakin Card staff and their families are eligible for membership but not eligible to enter the prize draw. 3. Students or staff members who take public transport, walk, carpool or cycle to Uni must register their details online and swipe their student or staff ID card at least once a week at designated Deakin Card participating outlets or by email during the open and close date for a prize draw to be eligible for that draw. 4. Students and staff members who take public transport to the campus must present validated Myki pass or money covering the open and close dates for a prize draw to be eligible to receive that prize draw. 5. Prize draws will be conducted by Deakin University Travel and Transport, Campus Services staff. 6. Winners will be notified by phone or email and their names will be published on the Deakin University TravelSmart website and Deakin University portal. 7. Prizes are to be collected in person by the winners at a time and place arranged with Travel and Transport. 8. Winners must present their staff or student ID card and Myki tickets on collection of their prize. 9. Where participants give their consent on registration, personal information may be used by Deakin University Travel and Transport for future marketing and promotional purposes. 10. Any prize not drawn or able to be collected will be drawn on Wednesday 5th December 2012 and awarded to a participant eligible for that draw.
