Biography
Mr Tiarnan Cleary is an international studies and commerce student. He has a strong passion for student representation, inclusivity and support. In 2020 he was President of the Deakin University Student Association. In this capacity he was also a member of the University’s Senior Management Group.
Tiarnan has been deeply involved in several different strategy groups at Deakin, including the taskforce for the Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy and the Sexual Harm Prevention reference group. As a student representative he has focused on simplifying the way students interact with the University and its services while upholding university values.
Tiarnan is a member of the Legislation Committee.
