Biography

Dr Alfred Presbitero is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management in Deakin Business School. Alfred's areas of expertise are in international human resource management, cross-cultural management and international careers. He is primarily interested in expanding the nomological network of cultural intelligence as a critical capability for international human resources and the establishment of international careers.
