Biography
Dr Alfred Presbitero is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management in Deakin Business School.
Alfred is an expert in international management conducting research and consulting with organisations on cultural intelligence (CQ) - a critical capability for global leaders, international human resources and the establishment of international careers.
Alfred has been ranked in the top 2% in the world on 2019 Citations Impact by Stanford University. He is also named by the European Journal of International Management as "one of the most influential academics in the field of cultural intelligence, cultural competence and global mindset".
Alfred serves in the Academy of Management (AOM) International Management Division Commmittee. He also serves in the Editorial Board of The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Asian Business & Management, and European Journal of International Management.
