Ms Angel Sung

Ms Angel Sung is a Research Fellow and a part-time PhD student in the Department of Accounting in Deakin Business School. Angel was previously an executive officer at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has over 10 years of solid experience in providing statistical consultation, analysis and assistance to renowned scholars in accounting and finance research. Her involvement in executing academic research is formally acknowledged in papers that are subsequently published in good journals, including Contemporary Accounting Research, The Accounting Review and Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory.

Angel specializes in data analysis applying statistics and econometric theory to develop a prospective model. She has been conducting statistical, econometric, SAS and STATA programming workshops in Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Monash University Malaysia and Deakin University. The attendees of the workshops include faculty academics, PhD, DBA and MBA students.

Angel holds a Master of Philosophy in Mathematics in Statistics from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a Master of Art in Quantitative Analysis for Business from the City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in Statistics from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
