Research interests

Dr Bhatti's research activities involve understanding of how the brain works and why does it stop working? Characterization of neural networks in response to stimulation including drugs, electrical/optical stimulation and viral infections. In addition, investigation of neurophysiology of insects in the presence of different viral infections to understand the patterns and mechanism behind vector born diseases.
