Biography

Brienna Bagaric is a Lecturer at Deakin Law School. Brienna graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree. She is currently teaching in the areas of Criminal Procedure and Criminal Law. Her research interests are migration and refugee, human rights and sentencing. Prior to joining Deakin in 2013, she practised as a lawyer primarily in the field of refugee and migration law.
