My research interests exist in financial accounting. More specifically, I am interested in corporate executives' roles in financial reporting, financial analysts, earnings quality, etc.
My teaching interests are mainly in the subject of financial accounting at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Before joining Deakin, I had taught various accounting courses at several different unversities in China, Macau, and France. The courses that I have taught include accounting principles, intermediate accounting (IFRS), accounting under IFRS, financial accounting theory, and financial management.
I have attended many international conferences to present my papers or to discuss the papers written by other researchers, including the annual conferences organized by Amercian Accounting Association (AAA) and European Accounting Association (EAA).
