Biography
Dr. Chetan Arora is a Senior Lecturer in Software Engineering (SE), with a focus on applied Artificial Intelligence in SE. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg), Masters degree in SE from the Technische Universität Kaiserslautern (Germany), and Bachelors in Engineering (CS) degree from Thapar University (India). He is the recipient of the best Ph.D. thesis award in the ICT domain at Uni Luxembourg.
Prior to joining Deakin University, he worked at SES Satellites (Luxembourg) in the department of Innovation Programs on applied AI for IoT and Satcom. He's also worked as an FNR-PPP research fellow at the University of Luxembourg in software quality assurance. His main areas of research interest are applied AI (ML and NLP), IoT, and software engineering with an emphasis on requirements management and software trustworthiness.
