Biography

Dr Connie Zheng is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management in Deakin Business School. Connie's area of expertise is in human resource management (HRM). Her research interests cover human resource, innovation, employee well-being, work-life balance, and factors contributing to firm performance. 

Connie's research outputs have been published in The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Personal Review and Asia-Pacific Journal of Management.

She teaches international and strategic HRM and currently serves as the Course Director for Master of HRM.
