Biography
Craig Parker is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics in Deakin Business School. Craig received his PhD in Information Systems from Monash University in 1998. Craig has spent over 20 years conducting research on the digital transformation of small businesses. He also studies the interventions to engage small business in environmental and social responsibility. He has published in journals such as Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, Communications of the AIS, Information Technology & People and Environment and Planning C: Government & Policy. He has reviewed for journals such as Information & Management, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, Electronic Markets, Journal of Small Business Management and Information Small Business Journal.
