Dr. Franz Strich is the Deputy Director of the Centre for AI and the Future of Business and a Senior Lecturer at Deakin University. His research explores the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and the future of work, focusing on the significant impact AI has on professional identities. His works provide a nuanced analysis of both the potentials and perils of AI, emphasising the importance of awareness regarding its dark sides. His research helps companies understand and leverage the transformative power of AI and guides them to addresses how AI is set to transform jobs, skills, and workplace dynamics. Franz’s work has been published in the most prestigious IS journals and has been presented at numerous IS and Management conferences.
