Biography

Geoff Schoenberg is a Lecturer in the Department of Management in Deakin Business School. Geoff is an expert in governance (PhD) with a specific focus on the board performance effects of decision-making, board behaviours, and group dynamics.

He's experienced in serving in not-for-profit governance positions, and stakeholder management which has involved CEOs, University Executives, voluntary board members, and sport governing bodies. Geoff is also an award-winning public speaker and an international speaker or trainer.
