Biography

Dr Karen Lai is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting in Deakin Business School. Karen has been with the department since 2016. Prior to joining Deakin, Karen was at Monash University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Her research interests are mainly in inter-disciplinary capital markets research in corporate governance, financial accounting, auditing, corporate finance and asset pricing.
