Read more on Leicha's profileBiography summary
Dr. Leicha Bragg has an international reputation for her work in developing engaging educational tasks for children. As the Project Director of the Birth to Level 10 Numeracy Guide for the Department of Education and Training, Victoria, Leicha and her team built dynamic resources to developing student numeracy across the curriculum, and support families positive attitudes towards numeracy at home. She is the author of three teacher resource books, including two on Geocaching, and one on engaging with mathematics through picture books with colleagues around Australia. Leicha’s current research projects focus on: Teaching Mathematics for Social Justice; online adult learning of numeracy; and, champions of mathematical reasoning.
