Major empirical areas of interest include cancer prevention and surveillance, palliative care, HIV epidemiology and treatment, nutrition and eating disorders in children and adolescents.
Major methodological areas of interest include causal inference, optimal dynamic regimes, complex epidemiological surveys and robust multivariate methods.
Teaching interests
Broad experience teaching introductory and intermediate courses in Statistics at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Postgraduate students/attendees included statisticians, epidemiologists, physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, biologists, chemists and social scientists.
