Biography
Pamm Phillips (nee Kellett) is a Professor and Program Director for the Sport Management Program in the Department of Management in Deakin Business School. Pamm has supervised Honours, PhD and Masters candidates to completion. Pamm is a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Sport Management and Sport Management Review.
Pamm's research objective is to formulate and test intervention strategies that contribute to the development and optimal effectiveness of organisations in the sport and recreation sector--including sport and non-sport events, professional, and non-professional sport organisations, and volunteer and paid personnel who work within them. Ultimately, her research aims to enhance the quality of working life for those who work and participate in those organisations.
