Biography
Paulina joined Deakin University as a Lecturer (Corporate Law) in January 2023. Her previous employment includes working as:
- a solicitor in the litigation practice group of a commercial law firm;
- a Judge’s Associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria;
- a Sessional Teaching Associate at Monash University; and
- a Legal Research Officer at the High Court of Australia.
Research interests
Corporate law generally, with a particular interest in corporate insolvency law. In this space, Paulina is available to:
- undertake research consultancy work; and
- supervise Honours, Master's, and PhD theses

Projects
Paulina received a $5,000 grant in 2023 to develop an Open Educational Resource (OER) for use in teaching.
