Biography

Peta is currently employed as a Project Coordinator in the School of Medicine.  Peta is a registered pharmacist with extensive experience working in community and hospital pharmacies. Since working in tertiary education institutions, Peta has held a range of roles in both education and research. Her research experience has focussed on cardiovascular disease and diabetes screening, prevention and management, particularly in a community pharmacy setting.

In education, Peta has worked in a variety of roles, including education coordination, curriculum development and teaching.  Peta has experience collaborating with team members internal and external to the University, from multiple health disciplines, located at various sites, both national and international.
