Biography

Dr Ping Xiao is Associate Professor at Deakin University. She worked as Assistant Professor of Marketing at National University of Singapore, and Senior Lecturer at University of Technology Sydney, prior to joining Deakin. She holds a PhD from Washington University in Saint Louis and a Bachelor degree from University of Science and Technology of China. Her main research interests are Entry in Emerging Markets, Nonlinear Pricing, Social Network and Social Media, Government Policy Evaluation and Crowdsourcing.  Her work has appeared in Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Marketing Research, etc. She is the Finalist of 2014 John D.C. Little Best Paper Award.
