Content

This is a first level unit of the Ph.D. sequence in finance. The unit aims to introduce a selection of microeconometric methods commonly used in empirical corporate finance research, which will enable students to manipulate and analyse corporate finance data using various econometric techniques. The unit begins with a review of cross-sectional data analysis and then extends towards panel data analysis.
