11 x 2 hour class weekly (livestreamed with recordings provided) + 11 X 1 hour online seminar

Content

The unit aims to introduce key artificial intelligence concepts and techniques suitable to business professionals with no technical knowledge, to encourage critical evaluation of the benefits and risks of AI, and to provide a framework that integrates the business, technology and human experience dimensions that can guide the selection, use and evaluation of AI solutions.

Apply ethical frameworks to evaluate risks in using artificial intelligence solutions and the impact these have in both organisational and societal contexts.
