Students will on average spend 150 hours over the trimester undertaking the teaching, learning and assessment activities for this unit.

1 x 1 hour online content per week (recordings provided), 1 x 2 hour online seminar per week

Content

Students will learn about the operations of energy markets along with government policies for energy systems. Through case study analysis of various global business models, students will develop critical thinking skills associated with market design and the regulatory framework which affects the efficiency of energy industries around the world.

Hurdle requirement

Students are required to obtain a 50% minimum on the Topic tests.
