Content

This unit is a culmination of preceding units which are synthesised here to finalise the research proposal for the students’ major research project which will contribute to the expansion of Indigenous Knowledges. The unit will cover the importance of determining the research question/s, the conceptual framework, appropriate methods for gathering data, and interpreting and/or analysing the data. Culturally appropriate protocols and ethical measures will be emphasised to ensure that the research project is developed within a culturally appropriate and ethical manner. Building relationships within and alongside Indigenous Communities is embedded as an essential practice within Indigenous research.
