We'll support your success

We’re committed to providing the best possible experience for our candidates. We’re here to support you through the five steps of the process.

Credential support

You will need to access the downloadable candidate guides on the relevant credential page – they provide the credential criteria and comprehensive information on how to collect evidence and write your reflective testimony.

You can access our free online courses designed to help you prepare your evidence and apply for a credential.  You can use this free course at a time and pace that suits you.

We are available to answer any questions you have about the credentialing process. We will get back to you within one business day.

Streamlined process

The credential process is 100% online, and can be done at your pace. Once you've registered for a credential, you'll access Mymicrocredentials to build and upload your evidence, and record and submit your video testimony in preparation for assessment. You can do this anytime, and from anywhere with reasonable broadband access.

Once your submission has been assessed, your assessors will provide you with constructive feedback.

How long will it take you to assess my work?

Your submission will normally be assessed within two weeks of completing your video testimony. This may be longer if you are invited to provide supplementary material.

How and when will I get the results?

Once your submission has been assessed, you will receive your result via email and your assessors will provide you with constructive feedback. You will also receive an email to your digital credential via the Credly platform. You will need to setup a Credly account, with all the details on how to register outlined in the email.

What happens if I fail - do I have to pay again, is there any appeal process?

You will normally already have been given an opportunity to provide further material during the assessment process.  If your result is Not Satisfied or Awarded the Lower Level you will be given advice on how to improve your submission to achieve your desired outcome the next time you attempt the credential.

If you choose to reattempt the credential you will need to register again and pay the credential fee.

Is there any appeals system if I don’t agree with your assessment?
