With the expertise of two core Strategic Research Centres, the:

we are well placed to develop the inter-disciplinary research partnerships required to address complex health challenges, at scale, and with innovation and impact.

We have two World Health Organization Collaborating Centres (WHOCC):

These are designated by the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) to carry out activities in support of the Organization's programs. Currently there are over 700 WHO collaborating centres in over 80 Member States working with WHO on areas such as nursing, occupational health, communicable diseases, nutrition, mental health, chronic diseases and health technologies.
