Innovation through digital displays

We pride ourselves on innovation, with a strong focus on the student experience.

To meet the evolving needs of our students, in 2013 we installed 5 high resolution touch screens – known as The Verge. Our video wall provides a progressive and dynamic way for students to engage with the Library.

The Verge provides an engaging experience for visitors to the Waterfront Campus Library, and enhances exposure to resources, services, collections and events. These “experiences” are aligned to to the Library’s strategic vision.

We keep the content fresh and responsive to the times, with a vibrant schedule across the year. Themes range from collections and research showcases through to live-streamed sporting events.
