Business and Law Peer Mentoring
About our program
Our 5-week peer mentoring program runs every trimester from weeks 1–5 and is open to all business and law students.
We offer a blend of campus and online mentoring so that you can take part no matter where you are located. Joining the program is an excellent way to get started.
Get a mentor
Our student mentors care, and are invested in your success. By joining the program you will:
- meet with your mentor(s) and a small group of new students weekly
- gain study support
- make friends
- set yourself up for success and be inspired!

Be a mentor
Are you a current and experienced business or law student who wants to support new students? We offer training and resources to help you become a mentor.
By joining the program you will:
- guide new students and be a role model
- receive opportunities to attend exclusive events
- gain experience and skills for future employability.

Trimester 1 drop-in spaces
As a business or law student, you're welcome to drop in at any stage of your uni journey. Join us online or at our campus locations: Burwood and Geelong Waterfront.
Please note: our campus drop-in spaces are held in Burwood (Building LC next to Little Bang) and Geelong Waterfront (Building D in Waterfront Pantry). All online drop-in spaces are held via Zoom from 1.30pm–2.30pm.

*Successful Mind in Study, Work and Life sessions
The Successful Mind in Study, Work and Life is a guide developed by Professor Michael E Bernard for students to achieve success by understanding how their mind works.
Students from all faculties are welcome to attend our study sessions but need to register to obtain the applicable Zoom link and gain access to the full Successful Mind In Study Work and Life online guide. We will cover 4 elements but there are more elements such as Time Management, Character Strength, Mindfulness, Goal Setting, Mindfulness and Optimism that students can cover in their own time.
