Business development clinic

Under the mentorship of renowned entrepreneur and Professor of Practice Pete Williams, students will work in consultancy teams to apply the 7-Levers framework to an SME. Through their application of the framework and through consultation with the SME, they will identify areas for potential Business growth and then work to develop an informed strategy to help the business achieve a 10% win in one of the levers. Students will present their strategies to the SME via a report and presentation.

Who can apply?

This program is available to undergraduate and postgraduate students from the Faculty of Business and Law, who will take the experience under the following units:

  • Undergraduate: MWL316 Consultancy Experience
  • Postgraduate: MWL716 Consultancy Experience
