Thank you for your interest in the Deakin Optometry Clinical Residential Placement Program. To ensure Deakin’s ongoing high standards we accredit all clinical residential placement practices and their associated optometrists who wish to be a primary or secondary supervisor of a student. Based on the information that you supply in this document you may be provisionally-accredited to become a Deakin Optometry supervisor. Full accreditation is attained once the current online supervisor training modules have been completed. Re-accreditation takes place every four years.
