| Professor Paul K Couchman is the Head of the School of Management and Marketing at Deakin University. He has had a diverse career in the natural and social sciences, working in both the public and the private sectors. Since joining academia, as an industrial research fellow, he has had extensive teaching experience across the disciplines of Management and Marketing, both in Australia and in South East Asia. Paul’s current research interests include innovation management, interorganizational collaboration, and the development of innovation capabilities in SMEs. |
