Professor Anthony Mills
Professor Mills is Chair of Construction Management in the School of Architecture and Building at the Deakin University, Victoria. He has held other academic positions at the University of Melbourne and RMIT positions in a similar field. Prior to becoming and academic Anthony had over ten years of experience as a Quantity Surveying consultant in construction industry, and was formally President of the Australian Institute of Quantity surveying in Victoria. He is an experienced researcher team leader and developer of construction education programs. Prof Mills currently hold three nationally competitive grants in the area of construction education pathways. He is a member of a number of professional education committees, and has led a numerous industry accreditation panels of construction courses in Australia and overseas. Professor Mills has undertaken extensive research into the subject of education of professionals in the built environment. |
