Graham Tunstill

Starting at Deakin in early 2012, Graham has brought a wealth of experience to the University’s very significant and challenging capital program for the next three to five years.

Until 2011, Graham was Capital Development Director for Austexx Group, a property development and construction company set up to deliver the Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) retail outlets across Australia and a number of commercial and industrial developments and sub-division sites. He was responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects in excess of $1b over a seven year period. Prior to this Graham was a director of Brentwood Associates, a private practice offering construction cost and project management services for projects ranging from $100K to $400M across retail, residential, commercial, industrial and government sectors. Graham was a Project Manager and Cost Planner for Civil & Civic covering the full spectrum of projects and industry sectors over a ten year period.

Graham has a Bachelor of Science in Building (Quantity Surveying) from London South Bank University, and professional qualifications from The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London.
