Kevin Murphy

Kevin is a Senior Property Executive whose career spans a breadth of roles.

Kevin originally qualified as a chartered surveyor in the UK experienced in construction, commercial property management and development. Moving to Australia in the early 1990’s, Kevin joined Commonwealth Funds Management where he was responsible for the management of a property portfolio, including regional shipping centres and offices. In 1997 Kevin joined MCS Property (later acquired by Centro Properties) where he rose to the position of Executive Director. He was responsible for all areas of project development, facilities management, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategy. He was directly responsible for the management of a portfolio of assets valued at $1.4 billion.  More recently Kevin held the position of Divisional Director with Mulitplex Capital where he was responsible for the establishment of a property fund in the UK.

Kevin has a Master of Commerce (Land Economics) from the University of Western Sydney and a Bachelor of Science (Building) with Honours from the University of the West of England.
