Leadership programs for general staff

  • Professional Leadership Development Programs
    This program provides opportunities for professional growth, development and career planning for General staff in, or aspiring to, leadership and management roles within the University.

  • Mentoring Partnership Program
    Facilitates partnerships between mentors and mentees for a fixed period of time for the purpose of providing guidance and direction primarily to support the mentee's career development, performance and personal growth

  • Think Tanks and Mini Tanks
    Are hosted by the Office of the Vice-Chancellor in partnership with the Human Resources Services Division and are bi-annual cross-University events, at which senior University leaders meet to share issues and discuss matters of strategic importance.
