Biography

Anoushka Gungadin has senior business leadership experience across four continents and multiple industries, and is a prominent thinker, researcher and speaker on cultural intelligence.

Anoushka is the Chief Executive Officer of HeraMED, an ASX-listed tech company reimagining intelligent digital women's health and maternity care. She was the inaugural CEO of the Australia India Chamber of Commerce. She is a former CEO of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Australia-Vic, which recognises youth achievement, and headed up TiE Women in Melbourne, a mentoring and funding platform for women entrepreneurs. For over a decade, Anoushka was based in Beijing where she headed up the Finance and Clients Department of an international French law firm.

Anoushka serves on the Boards of Anglo African Investments and a number of emergent companies in the digital health tech, edtech and communication/coaching sectors, notably Imagery Works and GetMee.ai.

Anoushka is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and National Code Gender-based Violence Committee.


Qualifications

Anoushka is a trained economist, holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and is an Associate Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation.
