Emily has extensive board-level and leadership experience in complex organisations, driving digital transformation, implementing innovative data-driven solutions, and fostering a robust data-centric culture, with expertise in areas including organisational culture, financial management, risk oversight, and technology.

Chief Data and Analytics Officer, St John of God Healthcare Group since 2023, providing executive leadership in establishing and governing data and analytics and leading the development and implementation of an AI Implementation and Governance framework, promoting responsible innovation to improve patient outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and support clinical and business decisions across the organisation. Earlier positions held with Bupa, Medibank Private, EY and KPMG.

Previously, Director and Board Chair with Refuge Victoria, a Specialist Family Violence Services NFP (2019-2024).

Emily has a track record in equity, access and cultural safety, and is committed to creating environments where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
