Value and duration

  • 35% of your total tuition fee (stated on your offer letter).
  • This bursary is available for the duration of your two-year masters degree.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible you must:

  • be a citizen or resident of Colombia
  • qualify to receive a COLFUTURO loan/scholarship
  • be enrolled in a two-year standard coursework-based masters degree (excluding Doctor of Medicine)
  • meet the entry requirements for your course, including English language requirements.

Conditions of eligibility

Applicants must first apply to Deakin University and receive an offer before they can apply for the COLFUTURO loan/scholarship. This bursary is only available to students who have been awarded a COLFUTURO loan/scholarship.

All applicants must ensure they meet the COLFUTURO application requirements and annual deadlines. For more details, visit the COLFUTURO website.

Once enrolled, you must undertake full-time study and maintain a weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 65% throughout your degree to retain the bursary.
