Deakin to the fore!

A delegation of automotive researchers from the Czech Republic is in Australia this week to look for joint research opportunities, ABC TV's Lateline has reported.

The delegation visited the Deakin Campus at Waurn Ponds, home to a host of research projects aimed at developing environmentally sustainable motor vehicles.

Phillip Lasker from ABC TV's Lateline spoke to Australia's automotive envoy, Steve Bracks, about the visit.
