Alfred Deakin Prime Ministerial Library

Co-located with the Alfred Deakin Research Institute is the Alfred Deakin Prime Ministerial Library which focuses on federation, the growth of the Australian nation, and the development of the Australian constitution. The Alfred Deakin Prime Ministerial Library is the latest addition to an informal association of Prime Ministerial Libraries around Australia. It houses Alfred Deakin's research collection and materials related to Western Victoria. A full set of Deakin's personal papers is available on microfilm with online access to sections of the papers which have been digitised by the National Library of Australia.
