Payment

Payment can be made via the online registration system using Visa or Mastercard.

Delegates paying by cheque should complete the manual registration form, and send the completed registration form and cheque (payable to Deakin University) to the address provided above.

All payments must be made in Australian dollars and received prior to the commencement of the symposium. If payment from your organisation is not received prior to the symposium you will be asked to provide your personal credit card details to confirm your registration. A tax (GST) invoice will be emailed once your registration has been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be advised in writing to the Symposium Administrator by email (jodi.morgan@deakin.edu.au), fax or post:

The following refunds and cancellation fees apply:

Cancellations notified in writing prior to 1st March 2013 will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations notified in writing between 2nd March 2013 and 21 March 2013 will be eligible for a full refund less $100 administration/cancellation fee.
Cancellations notified after 21st March 2013 will not be eligible for a refund, however registration may be transferred to another eligible person.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the symposium.

Insurance

In the event that the symposium is cancelled, insurance - including medical cover, travel cover and any expenses incurred - is your responsibility. Please discuss insurance cover with your travel agent when booking air travel.
