With access to specialist newsrooms and industry-standard equipment, you'll understand how to produce news and features with impact. You'll build a rich portfolio by unearthing stories, sourcing interviews and writing and producing news packages for Deakin's journalism publication, DScribe.

You'll have the opportunity to gain an insider's perspective, with internships available through Deakin's industry partners. You'll be job-ready for a broad range of professional journalist environments.
